By using this site or booking an advertising placement with us, you agree to these Terms of Use.

3. Description of the service

We publish a weekly newsletter and podcast covering Toronto's west lakeshore and sell three advertising formats directly: the Sprout Newsletter Mention ($158 CAD), Lakeshore Podcast Mentions ($520 CAD) and the Full Frond Partnership ($1,110 CAD), as described on our Advertise page.

4. Eligibility and obligations

You must provide accurate information when booking a placement and ensure any creative you submit is lawful and does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Bookings and payment

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and confirmed in writing before a placement is scheduled. 6. Intellectual property

The Fiddlehead Press name, masthead and site content belong to WILD ON MEDIA INC. Advertisers retain rights to the creative and logos they submit for their own placements.

7. Acceptable use

You may not submit creative that is false, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful, and you may not attempt to interfere with the operation of this site.

8. Disclaimer

General information. Content on this site is provided by WILD ON MEDIA INC. for general informational purposes about our advertising services.

Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice specific to your own business or marketing situation.

Accuracy and availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate, but formats, prices and schedules may change, and any final scope is confirmed at booking.

Results. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome from an advertising placement; results depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, WILD ON MEDIA INC.'s liability arising from this site or a placement does not exceed the amount paid for that placement.

9. Payment & Refund Policy

Scope. This section covers payments made for advertising placements booked directly with us.

Eligibility. A placement cancelled before creative production has begun is eligible for a full refund. Once a sponsor line has run, a script has been recorded, or a profile has published, that portion of the booking is no longer refundable.

How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 416-481-2255 with your booking details.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases. Placements that have already run in full, and any partnership stage already delivered, are not refundable. See our Payment & refund policy page for full detail.

10. Returns Policy

How to cancel. Email or call us during office hours, Monday – Friday, 09:30–18:00, Eastern Time.

Returns windows. Cancelling more than five business days before a placement is due to run carries no fee. Later cancellations may forfeit any creative work already produced.

Rescheduling. We will offer a rescheduled date where our production calendar allows it, as an alternative to cancelling outright.

Returnss by us. If we are unable to run a confirmed placement due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or a rebooked date, whichever you prefer.

Our site and newsletter may link to third-party websites we do not control and are not responsible for.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
