Payment & refund policy

1. Scope

This page sets out the full cancellation and refund policy for advertising placements booked through Fiddlehead Press, operated by WILD ON MEDIA INC. It expands on the summary in our Terms of Use.

2. Cancelling a booking

To cancel a confirmed placement, email [email protected] or call +1 416-481-2255 during office hours, Monday – Friday, 09:30–18:00, Eastern Time, quoting your booking details.

3. Returns windows

Cancelling more than five business days before the first scheduled date of your placement carries no fee and is eligible for a full refund. Cancelling within five business days of the first scheduled date may forfeit the cost of any creative already produced, such as a written sponsor line or an approved podcast script.

4. Refund eligibility

A placement that has not yet run is eligible for a refund in line with the cancellation window above. Once a sponsor line has appeared in an edition, a mention has aired in an episode, or a partner-labelled profile has published, that portion of the Full Frond Partnership is complete and is not refundable.

5. Partial cancellation of a partnership

If you cancel a Full Frond Partnership after some placements have already run, we will refund the portion of the $1,110 CAD price corresponding to the placements not yet delivered, calculated on a per-placement basis across the six-week run.

6. How to request a refund

Send your request by email or phone using the contact details above, including the format booked and the dates involved. We will confirm eligibility in writing within one business day.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

8. Rescheduling instead of cancelling

Where our production calendar allows it, we will offer to reschedule a placement to a later edition, episode or partnership start date instead of cancelling it outright, at no additional cost.

9. Returnss by Fiddlehead Press

If we are unable to deliver a confirmed placement for a reason within our control, such as an edition sent without your approved copy, we will offer a full refund for that placement or a make-good run in the next available slot, whichever you prefer.

10. Non-refundable cases

Placements that have already run in full, and creative production fees for work already completed at your request, are not refundable.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
