A sponsor line — your business name, a short description and a link — placed beside our local happenings roundup for two consecutive weekly editions, plus a copy review before it first runs and open counts once both editions have sent.

Mimico, New Toronto, Long Branch and the Humber Bay shore, with coverage extending into Islington–City Centre West. We don't sell placements or report on neighbourhoods outside that area.

Plain text for newsletter sponsor lines, and a short written briefing for podcast mentions, which we turn into a script for your approval. A logo or photo in a common image format is welcome but not required.

A Sprout runs for two editions, the podcast mentions run across three episodes, and the Full Frond Partnership runs for six weeks. Run length is fixed per format and doesn't vary case by case.

Send a message through the contact form on our homepage naming the format you want and, if you have one, a preferred week. We reply within one business day.

We confirm the run dates in writing, and for podcast mentions we schedule a short briefing call to draft the script together.

At least one week for a newsletter sponsor line, ten business days for a podcast mention, and two weeks for a Full Frond Partnership, since it draws on both production calendars at once.

For podcast mentions, a short call to understand what you'd like said and to draft a script you approve before recording. Newsletter sponsor lines don't need a call — we review the written copy by email instead.

Production of the copy or script, one round of review, scheduling and the reporting figure named for that format. The three prices on our Advertise page are the complete rate card, with no separate production fee.

We don't create custom tiers. If a request falls outside the three formats on our Advertise page, we'll say so plainly rather than invent a fourth option.

We accept standard Canadian payment methods, confirmed once a booking is agreed and before the placement runs.
